Himalaya Tandoori leicester LTD is Looking for creative and Dedicated Tandoori chef in the city of Leicester
Job Type: Full-time,
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
Location : Leicester
Duties include but not limited to planning menus, preparation of traditional tandoori dishes, inventory management, quality control, monitoring safety and hygiene standards, training and supervising staffs, cost analysis and review, preparing reports etc
Responsibilities and Duties
-Excellent knowledge of Tandoori ovens and the ability to prepare high-quality Tandoori dishes.
-Following the recipe and presentation instructions from the head chef.
-Preparing meals based on customer preferences.
-Ensure our customers receive a unique taste of tandoori dishes
-Cooking tandoori Dishes like Tikka, Shashlik etc from raw ingredients.
-Preparing the order for tandoori stock and informing the head chef
-Following all food safety and hygiene standards.
-Assisting other chefs on food preparation and cleaning.
Experience : minimum 3 year (preferred)
